ProStores Pay-Per-Sale Public Beta Closed - FAQs

The Pay-Per-Sale feature has proven to be very promising and we have received a tremendous amount of feedback. However, we have identified issues we would like to address. In order to effectively work through these issues, we have decided to reduce the number of participants in the Beta program in order to test improvements that we hope will benefit a larger number of merchants.

As a result, we are closing the public beta and launching a private beta with a smaller group of merchants.

How were merchants selected for the PPS Private Beta?

ProStores reduced the number of existing PPS Beta participants so we could more effectively manage the program and test improvements. Private beta participants were selected based various criteria that we wanted to test for, including record of successful sales, product inventory, store design and others.

Can I still sign up for the PPS Private Beta?

No, all PPS Private Beta participants will be notified by ProStores. ProStores will not be accepting any new participants at this time.

Will you be offering PPS to ProStores Merchants again in the future? When?

We believe that improvements we will be working on will make it possible for us to offer the PPS Marketing feature to a larger number of ProStores merchants in the coming months.
